District customers can pay their regular utility bill by using:
Cash, check, money order, credit card and debit card payments can be made in person at our District office (15205 41st Avenue SE, Bothell, WA 98012). Check and money order payments can be mailed to us (P.O. Box 13888, Mill Creek, WA 98082), or left in the after-hours payment drop box located in our parking lot. Please make sure to include your pay stub to ensure staff applies the payment to the correct account. Customers should not mail or place cash in the after-hours drop box.
Visa / Mastercard payments and EZ Check payments can also be made over the phone by calling 1.877.814.9773. The District charges a $3.85 convenience fee to cover the higher processing costs of Visa / Mastercard and EZ Check payments. Click here to pay your bill online by Visa or Mastercard.
You can also set up recurring automatic payments by filling out this form and returning it to the District office.
The District does not accept Visa / Mastercard or EZ Check payments for new connection fees or other District invoices.
