Online Bank Bill Payment Mailing Address Update

The District is receiving calls from customers about their online bank bill payments not being credited to their Silver Lake Water and Sewer District account. In all cases reported to the District, the customer's online bank bill pay service has been issuing a paper check to the District, mailed to the District's old P.O. Box. This PO Box was closed in December 2019 and the U.S. Post Office only allows one year of mail forwarding.

The District is not able to request this address change to your bank. Customers must update the address used by their online bank bill payment service. Please use the following mailing address for payments to the District:

District Office Closure

The District office will be closed to the public starting 3-17-2020 until further notice. Appointments can be scheduled for contractors, customers, developers and others on a case by case basis. Warning: Scammers Are Actively Targeting Washington Residents

The District has recently received several reports from customers of scammers targeting District customers by text and telephone calls. The District is warning customers about this increased phishing and scamming activity and also their increased level of sophistication. More information can be found on our scam notice webpage.

Board of Commissioners Meeting - Open to the Public

The next meeting will be held on Thursday, January 28th at 5:30 PM.

As required by the Governor's Proclamation 20-28, the Board of Commissioners Meeting will not be conducted in-person.

The public may attend and provide public comment via telephonic access. There will be an opportunity for public comment at the beginning of the agenda. If you are planning to speak please contact us at 425-337-3647x212 in advance so that we may call upon you at the appropriate time.

As our service area grows, we are continually making investments in our infrastructure to ensure an adequate supply of water is readily available, and will sufficiently meet the needs of all customers.

Notice of Open Employment

The Silver Lake Water and Sewer District is accepting applications for a Utility Clerk 1 or 2 and a Utility Maintenance Worker 1 or 2. First review of applications received will be February 5th, 2021. Applications are open until the positions have been filled.

The Silver Lake Water and Sewer District is also accepting applications for several Seasonal Maintenance Workers. Applications are open until the positions have been filled.
